Just turbo the S2000. 
What are you really looking for? a fast car or the right to say you have 900 rwhp?
Seriously man, a 350 rwhp S2000 is already fast for the streets. A 500 rwhp S2000 is insanely fast for the streets.
It all boils down to what you really want and why.

I love the TT Supras. They were my favorite car for probably five years... but the hype is just SO out of proportion now, they just aren't worth it. The demand is so high, I've seen good condition cars go for what they stickered ten years ago. 
You're not going to find an untuned car in good shape... the best you can hope for is a project that someone didn't screw up, or a high mileage car that was never modded. Either way, it's going to be a PITA to keep running. If this is your daily driver, FORGET IT.
Supra TT's and RX-7s are fun cars to dream about, but there are just easier ways to go fast. If money and time are any sort of considerations, stay away.

hey man, check out http://www.supratraderonline.com/ its like autotrade but for the supras. lots of stock supras too. Also http://www.speedforsale.com/ lots of supras there too.
this 4th gen supra is I think a very realible car for a TT. The supra can take so much abuse and it still runs great... which is also the problem if your picky with overly abuse cars. If the supra wasn't so damn high priced I would have gotton one instead of my S. Its such a beast to drive
