Most people have an xbox360...do you? Oddly, xbox will play divx, mpg, etc etc IF it is on a memory stick. If you burn them a CD or DVD they wont work, BUT if it is on a Memmory stick it will work. So download the top gears you want to watch, put them on a memmory stick, plug in the memstick to the xbox. It will ask to downlaod a movie patch (codecs I think)... and your good to go. Great for watching hdtv topgear clips.

So no need to watch them on your computer...

 

I just took one of my old laptops and put it in the living room with my hdtv got a wireless mouse and keyboard and all set to go. My TV has a VGA input. And I just started downloading Season 13 Episode 3!

you can get wireless hdmi ... which can broadcast your pc video signal to your tv wireless as well

 

thanks for keeping us up to date with how and where to catch this show, it is great fun and i surely hope someday we can see a US top gear.

All the wireless HDMI options I have seen are more expensive than a router and a dedicated media server PC.

 

Don't bother with a memory stick. Just load up an external hard drive.

I'm just sayin'.......

 

Where do you download Top Gear, I streamed them using Hessmo and now I can't? *Cries* I tried I Player but thats only available in the UK. So stupid.
