I installed the app on my BB but these damn Verizon Blackberries don't have GPS!

Hmmm I thought the conclusion I came to was that my blackberry device itself was not GPS-enabled. It is the World Edition so maybe I am just behind the times now.

I love the Trapster concept, and added a couple of speed-trap hotspot where I used to live in VT. I am sad to say I have not seen a single regular speed trap since moving to MT though- nothing but wide open roads

Verizon seems to charge extra for everything - do you still have to pay extra for bluetooth?

No, but the over-charging is one of the reasons I dropped them. they also chop the nuts off all their phones, but thats another issue. The only thing they have going is their customer service and no drop'd calls.

They need to hook up a popular radar detector that feeds the results into a real time database and distributes the results out via a hookup to a nav system.

doesnt everyone charge extra for GPS?

Im with AT&T and I dont believe I get it--for free that is. I dont have a data plan or anything.
