Turbo RSX?
I was just speaking to someone online, whos claiming they just purchased a 200hp RSX and are putting a turbo kit on it, and that they'll have 350hp. They then continued on about how this is going to "smoke my s2k..." I have not looked into the RSXs much, nor do I have much knowledge about turbos... any opinions on this?
I really doubt this guy's story here, as he's going on about how much superior the AP2 is to the AP1 because he can't grasp the concept of torque and rpms neutralizing eachother... just making it a different form of driving. (and the AP1 may very well be faster just on the simple fact you don't have to upshift another time on the 0-60).
Anyway, sorry for the random question, I dont like to race my car, so I'm not going to find out that way... I'm just curious.

The K20A in the RSX has more mod potential than the F20C in the S2000. There are RSX's that are NA that are putting down a good bit of power. I don't doubt the mod potential of the RSX at all.
He's an idiot, but being that I used to own an RSX Type S, I can back up claims of how much potential the motor has. I know guys with 260 WHP, NA.
But comparing a 350HP turbo RSX to a stock S2000 is a joke.

Tell him any number of modded American muscle cars could dust his in the quarter...

Yep, turbo RSX will smoke a stock S2000. Heck, even modded NA RSX will smoke a stock S2000. But regardless, S2000 is a sports roadster.

, the rsx is a great car, have him run sideways little supercharged s2000 and he'll shup up fast too, these are not apples to apples unless we are looking at money invested, which would be close (stock s2000 to t/c'd rsx-s)
