TWO HOLES in front

For the license plate holes that are in the front, could it be not there? Like can you ask the dealers not to do it? It looks HORRIBLE with those big 2 holes in the front.

just do what I did and have a body shop fill them in. I got it down cuz my bumper was Fd up with rock chips.
