What to get next?
I'm getting rid of my evo for reliability issue paranoia and I'm going to go with something I can enjoy and not toss too much money at and still be reliable.

Keep in mind, I have a beater now and if I were to get the s2k I would get another nicer beater in it's place. If I get the 370z or vette, I would keep my cheap beater I have now. The others, I would be fine and sell my cheapo beater. Reason being is eventually we're going to have a baby and whatever I get I'm going to keep through it all. Also, my wife has a car that can transport the baby.
I've owned the s2k and 2 si's before and they were nice. I got rid of them because I thought I had to have something extremely fast and here I am wanting something more reliable.

Uh let me just chime in and say a 2007+ Civic SI IS NOT EVEN SOMEWHAT SLOW, it's SLOW. It does handle well though after you've gathered speed for miles...
I have one, it's almost painful to drive after my other cars, I guess that's why I own the Porsche too
Seriously though, coming from an EVO it will not even feel remotely quick..

It will seems slow next to a porsche yes, but it's about the same as an s2k except it's fwd.
Also, I'm not out to have the fastest car in the world. Just something that's fun, quick, reliable, looks good, etc.

On your list, I'd say the CooperS. If you have "slow" on its list, then you should have "slow" on the S2000's list, too, because I was on track with one (supercharged) and with just a pulley upgrade, he was at least even with me on the straights.
My other vote would be a toss-up between the S2000 & C6.
