You obviously have a very, very heavy foot, since I typically get 23-25 mpg mixed driving and always get 28+ mpg on the highway. My first tank when I bought the car returned 25 mpg and I was hammering it constantly!

Quick note: S2000 owners should ever talk about fuel efficency hahaha

I was lucky to get 8mpg on the track

My average on the road was 17mpg for the entire time I owned them which is worse then my Pilot
As said above, either your driving habits don't support good gas mileage or something was wrong with your car. I drive near 90 miles a day to work and back. 25-30 or so of it is backroads and I average 25-26mpg every fillup. Since I fill up about every 3 days or so, I've got a pretty good idea of what kind of mileage this car can get. I have gotten 30mpg before straight highway. Not bad for a street legal race motor.

I get about 25-26 mpg, and about 25% of my driving is on back roads pushing the car.

I gotten 34 on the highway.
