Winding Road
I met a lady who worked for them the other day. She was at the bookstore here in Austin buying up copies of EVO and Car and remarking at how style-less American car magazines are and how they are too involved with specs and perf. measurements. She said her magazine wanted to be known for layout, quality of photography, and highly subjective, well written impressions on the cars they have driven.
She wasn't really a car person - she asked me if the S2000 had an 8 cylinder. Of course not all people who work at magazines are gearheads(i.e. accounts, admin, sales, etc.)
It is a free downloadable magazine and issue 4 has the 11-20 grouping of the cars they deemed best for sale in the U.S. at this moment. S2000 was at #13 and the RX-8 was at #11.

I'm saving all the issues. Pretty good photography and writing, but they need to proof-read their stuff better (as do most magazines).
They had a nice capsule review of the S2000 but listed its 0-60 time as 5.0 seconds -- nuh uh.
