Default 2.5 liter crz

http://wot.motortrend.com/6639707/future/h...oupe/index.html

This article is from last week and I was a bit surprised nobody has posted this. Anyhoo, it's as big as an Accord coupe and will use a 2.5 liter hybrid engine (one whole liter bigger than the CR-Z's). The drawing is just a speculation but even though this car is probably gonna be heavier, methinks that it'll be a better daily driver with that big engine.

Did you know they're increasing the engine size by a whole leader?

Are we talking an Obama, or a Kim Jong-il?

I wasn't going that deep. Someone in the comment section of the article was referring to the extra "leader."

They're both commies.

I just figured I'd get that out of the way.

The thread title is misleading, there are no plans to put a 2.5 liter engine in a CR-Z.

I love how they mention "dwarfing" the CR-Z's performance. Lol, well how hard can that be?

If the CRZ gets 37 mpg, and a bigger engine/better performance hybrid will probably get even less mpg. Is it even worth it to be a hybrid at this point?

It sounds like a new hybrid Accord if anything, but I agree - zero merit.
