Infinity wins for me on just those two alone. All the extra power is just a bonus.

As a TSX owner, I'd give the nod to the G35. They really aren't even the same class of car. Price point is significantly different, and the G is much more "sporting". Better comparison is the G35 and the IS250/350.

The TSX really has limited competition in its price range - maybe the Lincoln MKZ? It is priced lower than the other "entry level" luxury cars, even those from the US. Then again, it doesn't offer as much either. A loaded Accord is more money because it is more car. Get a Civic SI sedan instead.

To clarify, previous gen TSX and G35 right?
If so, for sheer driving preference Id take the G, but I'd rather own the TSX. G is definitely more sporty, but the tsx is sporty enough and has the added value of better gas mileage and lower maitenance cost, although it is arguably negligable.
For me, it would come down to which one I get a smokin deal on.
If you were choosing between new TSX and G35, G35 hands down, the new tsx just has no real endearing features and both aren't exactly frugal transportation.
