Not active on NSXPrime myself but I know there are some enthusiasts over here. Recently browsing IAAI and found this gem

Anyone know the history behind this car? Curious considering the other side is not visible how bad the hit was.

I always wanted an NSX track car! No one runs them since they're so expensive. ACV is $32k though...which is nuts for a totaled NSX. Wonder what it'll really go for.

Yeesh. So sad. It would cost a fortune if there is any frame damage.

Probably be a price drop after it sits for a while.

I'd pay $25k max for it.

Might not be a bad way to make a quick $10k profit, depending on damage.

Figure $25k initial cost, maybe $20k in repairs (hopefully??) and sell it for $55k with a salvage title.

Or just keep it lol.

Tough fix for $20k.

Every body panel needs to be replaced - both doors, fenders, front bumper, bonnet thinger, A-pillar, and you can bet that the unibody is absolutely hooped from that hit. Aluminum is not easy to work with, so I doubt this car will never drive like a normal NSX again. An educated buyer does not buy this thing after it's been fixed.

I am active on Prime. The guy who owns that Zanardi had a medical issue while driving, left the road, and the car hit a pole. He is in critical condition in the hospital. We're hoping he pulls out of it and don't care so much about his car at this point.
