I was starting to think Audi might have built a car that would pull me away from my M3, then I read the weight....3850 lbs!!! wtf

Previous S4 was 3800 pounds only 340 hp, still ran the 1/4 mile in 13's with gobs of tq. Don't know what the redline was on the N/A B6 S4.

But 8250 rpms, and 420 pk hp with a flat 314lbs of tq across the rpms is gonna mash.

True. I never realized those little Audi's weighed so much. No doubt the RS4 will be fun on the hwy, but I'm sure throwing it into the twisties would be a little disappointing for drivers used to cars like the S2000. It still sounds like a perfect daily driver imo.
