Default C7 Z06 7MT - 7:13.9 Nordschleife from Sport Auto

Not a factory test. For comparison, Sport Auto did 7:18 with the 991.2 GT3 vs 7:12 Factory.

Driver: sport auto's Test Driver Christian Gebhardt; Tyre: Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 ZP

Driver missed 2nd to 3rd a few times and lost some time there

Other times from Sport Auto

There are 5 seconds that could be picked up there. Very fast!

3 seconds faster than the Camaro.

And after the video finished, it overheated and went into limp mode, right? LOL

Insanely quick for a car with a manual transmission. Wow!

Flat-foot shifting and not having to rev-match make it a lot simpler than a "traditional" manual transmission, of course. You basically can jam the brakes into the corner, pump the clutch as you shift, and no heel-toe necessary. It's pretty easy....

But still not as easy as some of the fully automatic cars on the list! Bravo. That guy has balls of steel.

For sure. And still not as fast as a DSG or even a good automatic, these days, in terms of shifting time.

Put a real wing on that thing and get rid of that hideous air-brake and it will run a 7:05
