Default Which car would be your preferred S2000 successor?

Without getting into the details of a specific model, trim, etc, with which car would you likely replace the S2000?

Corvette, only because I am feeling guilty about buying a German car last year and think that even though I hate the UAW, it seems like good karma to buy American. Plus it would look good next to my other Corvette.

spiritual successor seems like a boxster/cayman. Corvette doesn't feel as poised and well put together as either.

^ What he said. The Vette isn't a successor of the s2000 in any way. I love the vette for what it is but it's just as agile and fun to toss around like the boxster/cayman or s2000. The vette feels too wide and big like the viper.

I have always wanted a Cayman, ever since they were debuted. So naturally, that is my answer.

Definitely Cayman, those fit me like a glove just like the s2000 did.

Neither, since it would be my track car, and both are too expensive on consumables for me. My track car requirements are 4 cyl., <3000 lbs., & no bigger than 18" wheels.
