Default Cayman GT4 Clubsport

Who is buying? More power, but the article didn't mention any changes to the gearing. Surprised they didn't give it the "RS" label, especially at $150k!

Huh? it's their new racecar... not a street car

My bad. I assumed the "trackway" version meant it was steerable as opposed to the race version.

Wish I was in the market for a turnkey racecar, LOL.

FYI, it's worth pointing out that the "first gen" GT4 Clubsport had exactly the same powertrain as the street version. Every part identical. Lifted directly from street car. But based on the rumors for the next street version GT4 it doesn't look like that will be the case this time.

What's price difference between this and the equivalent 911 track car?

Sure, I'll just sell my house so that I can just barely, barely afford to buy one.

You can sleep in a car, but you can't race a house!

Article lists $209k for the comp version; a GT3 Cup is something like $220k. Either way, the Porsche Cup stuff is expensive as hell to run if you follow their maintenance chart.

I can't imagine the consumables on the Cayman will be much if any less.
