I don't, as a car buyer, get to Mulligan and bring a car back to a dealership if I decide 2 days after I buy it that I don't want it, and expect to get my money and/or trade-in back.
Bingo, yet another good point. They'd either: A. Laugh in your face and eventually threaten to call the cops. or B. Take the car and give you back your money less 20%.

The dealer sells the truck to a man for less than they were willing too so they steal it back and sell it to him for 11 grand more...
That's just the wrong way of going about it. If the dealer made a true mistake, they should've taken him to court and plead their case there, instead of stealing his vehicle from his property.

Now, my girlfriend is about 5'5, slender, not particularly physically imposing. But she's been in martial arts since she was 7, has climbed 28,000 foot mountains, and has a wikkid temper.

So she tells the guy, very calmly, to get the hell out of the way. He refuses. She tells him that he has the choice of moving or getting his ass handed to him on a plate. He laughs and makes a very rude comment. She tells him to move again, very calmly. She tries to walk around him....and he grabs her arm.

So she hit him like a goddamned cobra- nailed several very sensitive areas with elbows and knees, then launched him over her shoulder with some kind of crazy akido throw that rammed him facefirst into the ground and broke several facial bones. Then she called the police and pressed charges against the guy, got him booked for assault once he got out of the emergency room.

Seems to me they need a few more of those incidents.

Yeaaah, they left that one out of their statement to the press. How convenient.

Since there is a HUGE number of people who have also been screwed by this dealer, I'm betting it's not the guy's fault. Internet speculation is that he may have CANCELLED the check after they stole his truck back. Or they are just lying.

At any rate, seeing all the other cases that have been brought to light, I'm not gonna believe "oh, the guy wrote a bad check, that's all" just yet.
