not really. all the cars i have owned i could just go buy again if i really wanted them back. it's not like i owned some one of a kind car that's impossible to find.
My feelings exactly. I am as much a car enthusiast as anyone, but I feel no connection to cars when I sell them for this reason. I just sold my S2000 for a 335i.. if I want another S2000 later in life I'll just buy another one. Exceptions are rare cars...
I personally don't understand this form of thinking. If I put wrench time, blood, sweat, tears into a car I have a connection with it. Yeah sure I could go buy the same car from somewhere else, but its not the same as putting in wrench time yourself and bonding with the car...

That's money talking. Don't trip.
When you save like the guy with the Nova, bust your ass and your knuckles, or come from nothing, you get attached. Different perspectives from different people.

I had 73' Camaro split bumper RS/Z28. Was saving money to rebuild the motor and it was stolen from my carport. I ended up selling it for next to nothing. Didn't know what I had. Took that money and bought my first motorcycle. Got hooked, crashed a lot, went racing crashed some more. Might have a different life had I kept the car.

I've been fortunate to have more than a couple pretty cool cars, but the only one I actually regret selling was the cheapest and nothing more than a knock-around beater. It was a 98 Jeep Cherokee (my favorite bodystyle) that I picked up used from a friend for about $2500. I sold it for around $1500 which was a total mistake, because I'd much rather have that car back than the $1500 I got for it. It'd be the perfect car to run up to the hardware store in or use for some little projects.

2006 Lancer Evolution SSL. My father and mine blood sweet and tears car. My father passed away when I was 17 and was forced to sell when family ran into some finicial issues. 39k invested in car by my father and countless hours/memories under to hood. Don't have pictures currently due to being out of country, but it made 534awhp on e-85 and ran an 11.3 quater with my driving. I wasn't home when it was gone, but I teared when I opened up the garage and saw my car cover flat on the ground where my baby once sat.

i'd have to go with my 2006 Evolution IX as well, the car was fun as hell. I also had to sell the car due to family. A very close second is the s2000.

I really wish I had my 92 Prelude Si in my stable sometimes. Even being heavier than it should and FWD, that car was a blast to drive. But I don't lose sleep over it

I'm sure that I'll miss my '95 Taurus SHO some time after selling, but it's time to move on and it never was a "performance". The car taught me a lot over the years and I built it from stock 180whp to about 500whp after adding a blower (381whp with stock motor), building a motor, adding E85. I know the car will go in hands that will enjoy it for what it is. I think what I'll miss most is bruising egos on the freeway.

That's a gorgeous SHO. What are you asking for it?

Good never sell it.... The 1992-3 GS-R's are in my opinion the first integra type-R's (in a way) and should be just as, if not more expensive than the type r's themselves... I know a lot of people dissagreewith me but I think this car paved the way for the integra for the rest of the integra R family. The un-sung hero. Keep it classy
