Oh boy I watch too much youtube...
Of course number 1 is Mighty Car Mods, two australian dudes doing lots of unique jdm builds. Very enjoyable! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgJ...6XFxq9Ga8W2J3A
LHTPerformance, a S2000 specialist shop, very informative videos about how to tackle certain S2000 jobs. Be warned though, you will be indoctrinated to buy a supercharger kit if you watch too many of their videos. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOX...jtGjqdS1F2mbcA
TheHoonigans, features crazy builds almost daily, not just Honda or JDM stuff, but all kinds of cars. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXl...cKGQ8sOd0-yRuw
Best MOTORing official, it's japanse so you won't understand a thing, but that doesn't matter since vids like the touge battle between the Amuse and J's S2000 are just legendary! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrm...CIs4PImiZs0t9w
PacificCoastAuto, for when you are thinking about what sweet JDM ride you would like to import next. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo0...okFfUbf8ECJkAw
stickydiljoedotcom, you won't have to visit any cool Honda meets yourself anymore, just see what was on display here. Including australian and japanese meets. https://www.youtube.com/user/stickydiljoedotcom
BoostedBoiz, jeez the name doesn't leave much to the imagination. A bunch of kids turbocharging and blowing up Honda's. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8L...l8a8nASFsuH4Ww

Other favorites of mine:
Petrolicious (already mentioned)
driver61
I'm big on sim racing, so I like these channels too:
The Simpit
Nicki Thiim (he's kind of a tool and irritating at times, but it's really cool watching a pro GT driver doing a lot of competitive sim races - and talking about the similarities between the two)
DIYguys (s2000 DIY content)
A lot of other channels mentioned here.
Going to check out some of the others mentioned that I haven't seen before. Thanks guys.

Engineering Explained
Petrolicious
Everyday Driver- One of the first channels I subscribed to years ago
The Smoking Tire- Got a little tired of it lately, how many times can you watch a guy drive a car and mostly compliment it, unless its REALLY bad...lol.
Doug Demuro
Hoovies Garage-This guy works under Demuro for autotrader. One of my favorite channels. The guy owns around 15 cars and buys and sells them almost weekly. Tons of interesting cars and very funny.

Just bought a triple screen seat, running a Fanatec setup with 3 old Xboxes and forza 4 until I can finish building a gaming PC.(triple screen video cards are expensive!) I had a pile of old Xboxes and the Fanatec and too many Amazon gift cards after this last Christmas to resist the triple screen rig and thought it would be a waste of money but have had some fun with it so far. Can't wait to try the PC games instead of an 8 year old title. Maybe VR and a motion seat down the road.
My friend wanted to give it a spin and he lapped the Ring for two hours. "Just one more lap" he kept saying.

I have watched a few of "Inside Sim Racing" and "Gamermuscle"

The physics engines, tire models, and suspension/chassis dynamics models of rFactor2, Assetto Corsa, and Race Room Racing Experience (R3E) are world beyond any of the Forza games. Even Project Cars 2 is quite a bit better, but in comparison to the other three mentioned, I hardly play it now.
I'm running VR oculus rift with a GTX1080 and 32gigs of RAM.
Other Sim Racing channels you should definitely check out if you're getting into it.
Jimmy Broadbent
The SimPit (over inside sim racing - Shaun Cole used to be at inside sim racing - quite a few people have left them due to fall out with the main guy).
VEC - Virtual Endurance Championship (they essentially cover these races like real life races with announcers. They run full 6-24hr long races with driver changes and everything. It's interesting to have it on in the background. Coverage is like the 24hrs of le mans - which i watched in its entirety one time when I was bed ridden with a broken leg... lol)
