Default hp/engine weight, torque/engine weight

Does anyone know of a database of engine weights?

With all this talk about hp/L and all, I've always thought that the benchmark for engines would be along the lines of power per engine weight itself. (Oil and all.) How much does a S2000 engine weigh? How much does a Z06 engine weigh, or a 360 Challenge engine, or a RX-8 engine, or...?

HP/engine wt. is purely an academic excercise. In the real world, what really counts is HP/vehicle wt.
(Yeah, I know. This does not address your question. Sorry.)

the renesis makes 238 HP (in america, more in japan) and weighs 275 lbs, not including alternator and other accessories.

Im sure it has the highest hp to weight of any n/a engine.
