Kia Stinger GT - Whoa...

I'm not very interested in this car. Probably too heavy and the transmission is probably poorly executed. But it is probably a vastly more interesting drive than anything Acura/Honda have put out in a very long time (sedan).

Evo drove a pre-production model and had mixed comments, which is why I'm skeptical. They also mentioned a weight of 1900kg (4,200lbs)... that's not official, but if true/close, that's pretty disheartening.

These recent Korean offerings get a lot of hype but I virtually never see them. I think I have seen one Kadenza and maybe two of the big Genesis sedans. The Genesis coupe was supposed to be this wonderful Mustang killer and the only time I ever see one is if I channel surf past a rerun of Burn Notice.

A7 + Guila + Maserati = very nice rear.
Front is awful with the current grill. If black it may look better.
Different wheels - BBS CH in black chrome.
Promising second car if priced right.

i'm a big fan of this, Hyundai/Kia are doing great things lately... my driveway holds both a 2017 Civic and a 2017 Elantra, without any doubt i would take the Hyundai over the Honda

there's no doubt it will be heavy but show me a full size sports sedan that isn't... i think it will still handle well and could be a great car to travel with if you have more than one passenger

If it's compared to the CLS and A7 sure it's par for the course. But if it's natural competitor is more like an M3 then its grossly overweight.
