Cool car. I hope the moviemakers actually do something cool with it. Sometimes the Bond movies have great cars, but then Bond just drives them around like a soccer mom on the way to the mall (Mark VII and Z3 for examples). I want to see CHASES, JUMPS, and by-god some rockets shooting out of the grill!

I read on the BBC that the new Bond actor can't drive stick and crashed the DBS.

I thought it was some fancy automatic. They have a M/T for this car?

It looks nice, but it also looks 98% identical to the OTHER three Astons, which in turn look almost identical to each other. How about a few more styling changes between models, eh Aston?
I tend to agree. All the AM cars are starting to look VERY similar which is a great thing if you're an AM V8 owner. It sucks if you just dropped $200k on a Vanquish or DB9.
Granted, they have the sexiest styling department in the world right now. I can't think of ANY car at ANY price that looks as good.

Uh, no, I really couldn't...That's like seeing Bond show up to the casino in a tracksuit. He goes for UNDERSTATED performance and elegance.

Perhaps someone with the SN "tunerjetta" isn't going to necessarily "get" the idea of understated or elegant though...

Yes, the Austin Martins look the same, but that look is SOOOOOOO good. It was first reported that he would be driving the new (and yet to be determined if it would be built) Raptide, but I like this one better. Granted the 75oiAL he drove in "Tomorrow Never Dies" was awesome, but I just feel Mr. Bong should be in a two door and the Raptide is (if it is built) going to be a four door.
