Only 500 made and around 600HP. My guess running some sort of variant of the motor we will see in the Z06. The price is very nice for a car of this pace. Comments?

the problem with the CTS and its variants is that the interior and build quality are unbelievable crappy. We had a normal CTS and it was a huge POS. I would love to buy a CTS-V because it really does offer great performance for the price, but the interior is basically unchanged.
There is no legroom in any of the seats front or back, the dashboard is a huge ugly chunk of plastic, the seats have no lateral support, etc. In the end, this is a sedan, not a sports car so it does need to have the luxury and class you'd expect in a $50-70k sedan.

So i'm hearing rumors the next M5 will be ~100k is that true? Interior issues or not that makes the super V a much more attractive option to the less then super rich.

Well, it looks like a baddass mo from the outside. I just hope they intend to remove the hood scab in the final version.
As for the interior, it's not the crappiest interior EVER, but it is a bit below the level required of the price. Cadillac should pull a Nissan on the CTS interior for sure.

not sure about that - as they are only rumored to be about 115-120K canadian.
that should translate to a 85-90K US domestic price point.

Ummm, 600hp@65K.........if they can pull this off.......that is incredible. That's like high 11's at 122mph(assuming weight is still high).....that = way faster than the new M5. These cars aren't even in the same category.
