They should pay you to take them away. Body panels would be worth something and possibly suspension components but that's about it.

Sad I actually see a decent number of these driving around seattle. I would love to have one but those both look rough. Unless you are planning on just using the bodies I would say they are junk. It would likely cost way more to restore them than they are worth.

It's going to be a costly restoration from the looks of it....after all is said and done, I don't see being able to make a reasonable profit; or a profit at all....maybe try and get a quote from someone? I wouldn't take anything that has a bent frame, so if anything take the one that isn't bent

How bad is the rust? Look under the pedals, spare tire, bottom of the doors and around the window rubbers.
The fuel injector pumps are worth a few bucks.
I've had 2 of them and they are fun cars. Sad to see them rusting out.

I would part them out and buy a cleaner one. The cost for restoration of those two are more than the cost of clean examples that have already been restored - I've seen a few on r3vlimited going for about $7-10K in really good condition. Good paint jobs alone cost around $5k...
I guess it also depends on how handy you are and how much of the work you plan to do yourself. Still, you can buy a beater 2002 for less than $3k and have a much easier time at restoration compared to those two.
