Another advantage DSG will give you is not having a cable shifter(like the C6) enabling you to have a transaxle that can shift with the best of them.
I think the advantages far outweigh the loss of shifter and clutch.

As much as I love my MT's these trannys go a long way to minimize driver error on the track etc. I dont know how many time's I've blown an AutoX run because I grind the hell out of my 1-2 shift.

there are very separate purposes when driving a car and you have to decide which one is you: ease or fun. the s2000 or any sports car should not be anywhere near one of those.

0-150 MPH (not 0-100) my bad

Yes they are all in the ~8 second range for 0-100 mph
