Default saw a truckload of C6's!

Here in Melbourne, FL, a truck with 9 C6 Covettes was on its way to Jim Rathmann Chevrolet. Colors were 2 each maroon, silver, and black with 3 yellows.

It looks really awesome in real life. Are these for sale yet?

For sale yes...they've been on sale for quite some time. For delivery....just a few more days.

I believe the first will be delivered to customers this weekend and the first official purchase leaves the Corvette Museum on webcam tomorrow. They should start showing up on the roads within the next 7 days.

I'm really looking forward to driving and possibly even owning a C6 but I'm guessing that my definition of 'much improved interior' and the car magazines differ quite a bit.

^ yeah, we'll see. the 350Z's interior looks really nice in photos, but in person, it just looks too plasticy. i'm anticipating the c6's interior to be the same. hopefully, i'm wrong.

Our CIO had his at work today - he picked it up from Reedman-Toll (PA) last night.

I went out to take a look, and noticed the invoice he left on the passenger seat - $54,240.

it looked really cool in that EVO video, but they said it was still plasticy and leaf springs, but it was still a monster

That's weird, there's one around here that's been running around for more then a month. I've seen it numerous times....

I wish the vert would hurry up and become available. I am getting tired of waiting.

Been sitting on the fence on this...my lease is up in a few months and I'm about 80% sure I will back at H dealer to drive off in a 05 S. I say 80% because I am waiting for C6 to hit showroom for a test drive. I have driven many cars in my 31 years (OK....no Lambos or Ferraris) and nothing has given me the feeling that my 02 S does. I am very curious to see how C6 will get my blood pumping.

Have not seen a single C6 in Chicago area...yet. We always get new MYs last.
