what drives me nuts is when theres traffic at an exit off the highway and when you get closer to the exit you realize its because everyone cuts in last second at the exit to avoid the back up

As a transplant to Southern CA I find the most annoying things here are the confusion at 4 way stop signs and when there are multiple lanes turning one direction, the arbitrary/random lanes people end up in after the turn is done. People think they can choose here. And yeah, rain is an annoying one, since they do not know what it is.
