Holy shit. Glad he was able to walk away. He remained pretty damn calm too. So many times you see clips like this the driver is cursing up a storm.

Wow, he is a very lucky man to be able to walk away from that accident. Thank goodness for all that safety equipment.

I guess the lack of downforce on the rear of the car caused it to rotate a bit more than the driver was anticipating? It seems like he turned in a bit early to that turn and then turned into it again and then it rotated very quickly, he countersteered and was along for the ride.

he was trying to follow the line for the track... and came in expecting the rear to grip....

damn my neighbor runs his STi without a wing... I'll tell him about this!
