Looks good to me... as for the interior, it's probably hard to judge that without seeing it in person. I do agree that from these particular pictures it doesn't look great.

I think it's pretty clear that if this car "doesn't meet your expectations," it's because your expectations were too high.
The car is what it is, and if you were able to see past all teh OMG innernetz hyp3!!! for the last 3+ years (or however ungodly long it's been) you'll see an entry-level fun-to-drive car that's well balanced and attainable by most. Just because it doesn't meet YOUR goals doesn't mean it doesn't meet theirs.
Wanna bitch about it? Not what you wanted? Fine. Don't buy one.
Or, go be a product planner at Toyota. It's probably an easier job than complaining on the internet.

MY god that is an ugly car.
I get the attempt to make this type of car, the S2000 is built on a similar model. A car that is more than the sum of its parts... but the s2000 is 12 years old now and blows this thing out of the water in every way. Either the S2K was way ahead of its time, or this car is just another car...
On top of that 215 tires all around with low resistance tires too? Seems ironic... or are they 225's?
