Guys i just got back from the bmw dealership. 
I think I'm going to get a 330. I also test drove an SLK 350 right before the 330 and then drove my S2000 to the bmw dealer. Well... people here always say go out and test drive the cars and then decide. Makes absolute sense now. The BMW is full of feedback when you drive it. It's comfortable yet still remains sporty. When i drove an S60R two nights ago, it was very comfortable but the sportiness of the vehicle wasn't fully there. I figured that this was just do to the fact that i had been driving my S all this time and that any sport sedan wouldn't compare. Absolute nonsense! I was blown away by the 330i.

I voted other. For that price range I would take a look at the Audi A3 S Line with the DSG tranny and Quatro system. With the "open sky' sunroof the MSRP is just above $36,000. It's one of the best looking hatches out there. More functional than a sedan or couple
