I'm curious what people think and why.
The V8 should be better (more costly) it has good TQ, engine response and extra rev range. But the many people love the turbo which could be turned into a monster.
As a side question, why have Ferrari gone with the NA engines without exception? I know F40s and GTOs were turbo. Likely Ferrari could pull it off if it's the better method but they are sticking with high RPMs NA.
Porsche seems to hedge their bets with NA and FI

Well considering rising gas prices I'd have to say turbo 6,still great performance but decent gas mileage.

Maybe if that V8 had a little more balls. I would go with the TT 6. That 6 has little to no turbo lag and makes more tq down low. Whenever I think BMW, I6 is just what comes to mind.

The V8 sounds awesome and is definitely probably a more 'exciting' engine to drive. The I6TT is probably the better overall engine from a performance/fuel economy/modified performance potential/cost standpoint.
