Your opinion: Sell ND Miata and get S2K?

If you're DDing and using it quite a bit as a street car, keep the ND.
If you want a pure toy car, S2000.
Something that constantly concerns me more and more with the S2k is a replacement motor, which isn't going to be cheap. Replacement parts in general are going to continue being more of an issue as time passes.
The ND is new, still under warranty, and will have an abundant supply of motors and replacement parts for years to come.

Recently I've had the itch to get back into an s2k. I owned one years ago when they were actually a reasonable deal.
I found one that is a one owner car 2005 with 47,000 miles and its a granny car! They want 18,500. This is about the best one I have seen in years, but is a car that is 13 years old really still worth 19k? I currently DD an ND Miata and plan on putting Ohlins on it if I do keep it. (Already sitting in the garage). I know that I can sell my ND for 21,000 which isn't bad, its only gunna drop more. What do you guys think?

What do you use the car for (or want to use the car for)?

Unless you plan to track the S2000 often I would say definitely not. The ND is a far better all arounder and daily driver carrying around 500 lbs less weight with much more usable low and mid range torque.

So everyone I sort of made the wrong choice. Bought the s2k for 18.5 but instantly regretted it. A tough life lesson to learn.
Have instantly put put it back up to sell and so far have gotten zero interest.

It's not a wrong decision or a bad decision. Only you can know what you like and don't like.
The ND is supposed to be a great little car. It isn't a classic and it'll never be a classic - it's too common. It is, however, much more modern and is supposedly a better daily city driver.
The S2000 is a special, analog car with a fantastic engine. It's relatively uncompromised and is still more fun than an ND, I would imagine. However, it's not very comfortable, it's high-strung, it's much rougher to drive and it's obviously older.
Pick the one you like and sell the other. Simple choice and only you can make it.
