1995 Celica offset?

Shot in the dark, trying to sell some old alloys and a bidder wants to know if they'll fit his car.

The alloys are +48

If it's a 6th gen Celica is think the offset was 38, but don't quote me on that.

Edit - A quick Google search proved me right here in the 3rd post from the top.
