Default 2015 NSX Looks Interesting!

I know there's been a bit of banter about a new NSX but couldn't find anything in here.
Its been unveiled at Detroit and I think it looks great
I hope they do actually decided to make this one
Honda UK have it as "coming soon" on their web site

I'm liking this as well

Specifically created to bring a "new sports experience" to the supercar segment, the NSX challenges conventional beliefs about supercars much as the first generation did a quarter century ago. The approach is realized through an all-new power unit a twin-turbocharged 75-degree DOHC V6 engine with a 9-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT) and three-electric motor Sport Hybrid system. (snip) This unique hybrid system can instantly generate negative or positive torque to the front wheels during cornering, resulting in far superior handling to previous AWD systems.

I was waiting to see how long it would take for a thread to appear.

I think the conclusion is; few GAF about Honda anymore.

It's all BMWs and Breitlings these days.

Anyway, the final Acura version is due in 2015 and the Honda version comes here late in 2016. Very limited production - 8 per week, I think.

Given your disappointment with AM's reliability, are you tempted?

I'm more than happy to not be part of the BMW & Breitling mob (does my M135i count )
I'd keep the Aston, I have a set of tame ex factory guys looking after it now
I'd keep the S200 as well
Yep interested

Talking to a salesman at Honda he said they've sold two already, one paid for in full. Not quite sure how...

It should be an awesome car, but just looks a little generic. I liked the originality of the err,
original one

The big mistakes for me are:

1) Acura - zero credibility there
2) Built in the US - why??

It should be a Honda built in Japan, and that's important to a lot of buyers.

That said, I think it will be a great car and good value at 100k. not sure i'd buy one without seeing some reviews / driving one first though.

I would never consider forking out that kind of money for a car I've never driven, let alone seeing it in the flesh. But then I guess if your happy to fork out that kind of money for a car, your probably loaded and don't care, or it's someone looking to "invest" in a car.
