No, 4wd drifting is mean all 4 tyres exceed the maximum grip limit and slide it into the corner. Is one of those thing all racing driver try to do on every corner.
It actually mean understeer and oversteer at the same time, is very hard to do as you have to get into the corner over the speed you can normally do to get it the front slide in and you also have to brake into it at the same time to get the backend out. I can only do it when everything setup is right on the car and no cars around me on the track...
