Long live 5th Gear, a proper motoring show, instead of this Top Gear which serves JC megalomania and seems to cater for >50s adolescents.

I enjoyed VBH report. She is just natural and enthusiastic.

Tiff is a great driver. Maybe not the best presenter in the world but a lot more modest and therefore less annoying to watch then "you know who".

I do not understand the appeal of Top Gear (which I only watch for Richard Hammond) and the slatting some people give 5th gear on here.
except for the Hammond bit. What is it about you girls and lil Rich? (I can't personally see the attraction - plus he's now trying, too hard, to be just like JC)

I dont really have an opinion on Westwood like I said I just appreciate the fact that because of him I got upclose with all those gorgeous motors.

Apart from the daft reverse race I found the last episode of 5th gear pretty good, more informative than the 'no facts, JC opinion show' that TG has become

I also can't bear the toff with the grey hair on 5th gear who sometimes present 'safety related' articles.... the one with a ridiculous bulldog grin

I tend to disagree with all the Westwood bashing. If you're into Rap/Hip-hop music (Different strokes for different folks) then you'll know that whilst he does sound a bit odd, he does get a lot of respect from the biggest stars such as Eminem, Dre, Snoop, etc.. For a white british man of his apperance to get that level of respect is down to what he has done for that particular music scene for the past 15-20 yrs. Not everyone is going to like him and out of context he does sound ludicrous but I dont think I've ever heard him profess to be from the "hood". As for his taste in cars - again subjective, but the classic Impala on the gumball looked nice, again - different strokes for different folks...
i have to agree with ski-bum. Westwood comes across as somewhat strange but in the gangsta rap world he's quite well respected. He's definatly better at radio than tv.

The big problem with westwood is his appearance compared to the way he talks. But then i really like gangsta rap, which as a 30 year old, in all other ways normal white male, i find strange myself.
