Default 70 in a 50

On a dc - not past a school, orphanage, old people's home etc

Scamera van

No other offences

Any way of finding out whether they are going for FP or Summons before naming the driver?

Some might be more willing to admit to being in the seat than others

It will be FP at only 20mph above 50.

Have you factored in speedo error?

guidelines seem to indicate 4 points and fine so FP

I often wonder in this camera festooned era whether i should add my mate who lives in singapore to my insurance...

those plastic rear screens don't half become opaque with age..

97 may have prompted a different response ..... some summons for 96, others after 96 - so I would suggest you were lucky it wasnt in another county !!

22mph over, I'd say 5 points and a fine.

If it's a FP then I'd be over the moon
