Default 996 Turbo test drive

I tested a 996 Turbo last Saturday, it was same price as 2 year olders Turbos that were in the usual Black or White. This was in orient red and to be honest it looked Fab. Anyway it was up for 44,995 (reduced form 49,995) . I advised the salesman I was interested as it was a great price, he said yes because of the colour etc. Anyway I have just been onto Porsche website and the gits have put it up to 46,995 now. I should have kept my mouth shut

What a car though, if you get a chance drive one
.

Aaaand, breathe. Blimey, did you get bored of commas after the first two?
I have a daily quota. Alas, I've used them up elsewhere.

I could have used a semi-colon or two; but they didn't look right.

What a car though, 9 secs to 100 mph , 3.9 secs to 60 and 420 bhp . It felt very quick. I would loose my license in no time .

Funny I posted this as the dealer just called me to say it's been sold, Just letting me know. I queried price and he said they do that to stop people ringing up after a car is sold

My Evo had similar stats (apart from 30 bhp less but its a lot lighter)

It defines what a proper fast car is to me when you get in something like that.
