Abingdon or Keevil?
Depends.
I like Keevil because of the flowing feel, although the long straight and hairpin are a bit of a pain, the ability to take many of the corners at speed make up for it, especially the little chicane before slowing for the corner where the pit entry is.
I like the corner just at the pit entry at Abingdon, so many people don't get the idea that it and the following corner are a complex, and slowing more for the first allows the second to be taken much quicker, surprising all sorts of exotica on the short straight that follows, but the rest of the circuit seems a bit disjointed after that.
Both have their merits, Ed's quite good at designing interesting corners, I just don't think they always link together as well as they could (might be the restrictions of an airfield layout as much as anything else though).

Quickest way there is not the most obvious. Come off the M4 at J16 and go through Avebury and Devizes, whatever you do don't go off at J17 and through Chippenham within 2 hours of rush hour.
