I am in the process of decorating my new apartment with some themed areas.

Correct. THX (1)138 was the title of George Lucas's first movie. He went on to direct American Graffiti, then Star Wars, which in turn led to the THX Sound Studio brand.

56E 478 was the plate was on the Ferrari 308 in the pilot episode of Magnum P.I..

The car's plate in subsequent episodes was ROBIN 1.
