Wouldn't worry about this too much, he's only taking the pi$$.

However, it'd be far better if he targeted those that change the numbers/letters or use crap fonts rather than a little bit of mis-spacing which doesn't really harm anyone.

I think "chavplates" is a bit of a misnomer. I don't often see chav cars with personalised plates when I think about it.
