Default Avoiding motoring fines

I was watching BBC News 24 today (waiting to go to dentist)and saw the item on targeting motorists who the bill decided were guilty despite acquittal. This book http://www.uk-driving-secrets.com/beat/default.aspx was mentioned. Has anybody any knowledge of it.

Yes. By reputation only. Apparently now largely obsolete, you'll get better advice on PH, and pepipoo is a much better resource.

Having said that, if you're guilty there's only so much you can do, and I'd look at another current thread about the 4-grand bill they're planning to hit those who challenge speeding tickets with!
