Hadn't realised you could pick one of these up at this sort of price; Would be most jolly as a fast road DD/track car.

Do they all come with the bare carbon roof or are some painted? I'd personally prefer painted carbon even if only thin paint with weave visible at close inspection.

What are servicing costs like on these things? Is it a case of 'If I'm asking I shouldn't be looking'?

I'm testing one next week, hopefully

It's one my "one car fits all" list

Bear in mind they are nearly all used for track work, bit like a GT3. Therefore getting a good un can be a bit tricky.

That's a lot of miles for track car that's never been on the track...

Though admittedly it is five years old.

20k milers are quite rare now, most are 30 - 50k it seems.

What did I say to Mark at Rockingham about his Exige being a buyer's bargain?

I would be interested to hear what Mark thinks about the suspension set up for a daily driver (never been in one myself, only Chilled's cooking M3)

I do bugger all road miles so my limits of acceptance are high! Can't be much worse than the Evo though.

The mileage surely points to a DD and not a weekend hoon mobile.

Perhaps it would make the better choice?

I mean, like Gad says, people will buy this car because of the name, not what it can do, so they may well only give it some up and down a motorway.

Not so sure there, I see lots of them on track days and the owners club seems pretty track orientated. I bet there are a good few garage queens though.
