I'm jealous that the wheels are hi-gloss and not sandcast; mine are a bugger to clean!

It has real JDM Kudos and I hope you got a bargain.

How awful is it on UK roads?

It was very expensive for a Civic but a reasonable price for an RR.

It's not at all awful on UK roads. The Mugen suspension is adjustable--I am currently running it on the softest setting and will probably increase the stiffness a little bit. It is far more subtle than a standard FD2 and my previous DC5.

That's interesting - a useable CTR!

One sort of feels it's how the car should have been all along - especially now the Impreza has got so fat & boring.

It is still a very stiff car and I haven't driven it on a bumpy B-road yet so the jury is still out on how useable it really is

Yes this is the only one in the UK and given that it would cost about 50k to bring another one in, that's not going to change for a very long time - good purchase Chris .
