Rear Main seal (RMS) is the most frequent failure. It only leaks small spots of oil but it is something that porsche have not quite mastered. Normally on older cars they suggest getting the clutch done at the same time as you have to drop the engine. Teh RMS from an indy i think is about 600-800.
Other things id look for is the norm like worn discs. Apart from that there seems to be very little.

San my mate is selling his 2005 Boxster. I may be able to get it a bit cheaper as he has moved to HK now ( 2 weeks ago) so it's just sitting in a garage at moment so he may be desperate to sell it. Dark blue, nice car
