Bugatti Veyron Super Sport
I picked-up a copy of the Autocar special edition last night; utter waste of money. If the obscene amount of advertising and special promotional features were taken out, there was bugger-all more than a normal edition of the magazine.
As for the main test and raison d'être for the ballyhoo, the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport; it looks pig-ugly, especially in black and orange. It's quite fast of course, but one has to wonder about the sanity of anyone - whether a billionaire or not - who'd consider shelling out €50,000 for a set of four new wheels at every fifth change of tyres (which themselves cost €20,000 / set).
I suppose making the Bugatti keeps a few people in work.
In the deal section at the back of the magazine, Autocar gave editorial details of a contract hire deal on the Honda S2000, which allegedly can be had for £499 / month IIRC - I thought the S was out of production...

If I was going to be driving at 258mph i'd like the reassurance that the wheels were still circular and not become eliptical caused by the massive 31000G force applied to the wheel rim at that speed!
