Default Cables new Beater

This was my previous Beater, my faithful 2.9L V6 Scorpio, I got it at 40K miles and it was on 100K when I lost an argument with an Artic.

I thought, the problem is ...it isn't powerful enough! so here's the replacement.

98 XJR with 80K on the clock.
Supercharged V8 - 370BHP 0-60 5.1- ish.

I'll do a write up once I've had a chance to drive it a bit more.

Very nice car, not sure about the colour though.

I was hoping to see you on CoD2 last night, would have been a good laugh.

It's not a lifestyle colour?

Still no Xbox BTW...

Very nice ! A private plate will make it look like new.
Would guess that running costs would be quite high but have heard there are many Jag "Specialist" garages now that provide dealer-quality servie at much more reasonable prices.

I remember my old man bought a one year old P reg 4.2 litre XJ6 back in 1998. He only ran it for about 6 months (it's a long story) and then traded it in for a new Volvo S70 2.5 Turbo, losing an eye watering

I know!
It'll probably ruin me, but what the hell!

I had to have something to try and keep up with Fletches!
