Great review!

I do wonder why people prefer these over-taught German-type suspensions? they cannot all drive like me!

It does however mean that one gets stuck behind the old fart in his ridiculous-lokking soggy froggy a bit less often.

Having said that, buying anything Kreisler is like having a tattoo on your forehead, or like marrying your sister & living in a shack.

I agree... everytime that some has uttered the word Chrysler to me they get the usual "Chyrsler, seriously? F**k off and bang your head against a wall".

I too have done the Sebring thing... the only good thing about it is the roof. Unlike most 'saloon' cab's the Sebring can drop it's roof in 8-10 secs.

As Gadaffi mentioned above I really fancied one of these as a beater in estate form in years to come.

I had one though as a hire car (the V6) earlier this year. The handling was very unnerving even on curves coming of the freeway, so I'm not quite so sure anymore.

I do like the look though

My favourite thing about this car though was the photo we took from it in the graveyard of Provincetown, Cape Cod!

The more modestly engined estate versions will make top beaters in a few years
My wife wants one when the people wagon goes.

We all love the looks.......but I think a test drive is required

We hired a Mustang convertible over there. Not a great car by any means but considering the distances and the types of roads over there (I did the Vegas-LA-San Fran route), it wasn't a bad car at all. It wafts a hell of a lot, but it's damn comfortable at 80+mph.

Was glad to get back to my S tho!
Disagree... Mustang convertable = Worst hire car I have ever had.
OK not in LA - but in New England,

The chassis is out of the dark ages, plastics straight from a defunct Lada factory, engine asthmatic, wind noise - with roof up - diabolical.

BUT - The basic car cost under

A test drive is def required just to show you that there isn't a worse car on British roads.
