I agree... everytime that some has uttered the word Chrysler to me they get the usual "Chyrsler, seriously? F**k off and bang your head against a wall".
I too have done the Sebring thing... the only good thing about it is the roof. Unlike most 'saloon' cab's the Sebring can drop it's roof in 8-10 secs.
As Gadaffi mentioned above I really fancied one of these as a beater in estate form in years to come.
I had one though as a hire car (the V6) earlier this year. The handling was very unnerving even on curves coming of the freeway, so I'm not quite so sure anymore.
I do like the look though
My favourite thing about this car though was the photo we took from it in the graveyard of Provincetown, Cape Cod!
We hired a Mustang convertible over there. Not a great car by any means but considering the distances and the types of roads over there (I did the Vegas-LA-San Fran route), it wasn't a bad car at all. It wafts a hell of a lot, but it's damn comfortable at 80+mph.
Was glad to get back to my S tho!
Disagree... Mustang convertable = Worst hire car I have ever had.
OK not in LA - but in New England,
The chassis is out of the dark ages, plastics straight from a defunct Lada factory, engine asthmatic, wind noise - with roof up - diabolical.
