Default Cayman R!

Doesn't look like much you couldn't make yourself from a £25k Cayman S, but i'm very excited about it!

Could be a pretty nice track car.

Not happy about lack of AC. And before anyone hints that i'm being a pussy, try driving without it!

It's too half arsed to do without AC.

55kg will make precisely f**k all difference to your driving pleasure on a track day let alone the road.

From £52k, which means around £60k for most buyers.

Can't think there will be many options though?

Removing the stereo for 3kg is a bit drastic.

As GE says, it's all or nothing. I'd bet they could have saved 20kg with some tasty forged alloy wheels and some other stuff.

M3 CSL at least had both the above as options.

Nice to see a weight reducing effort though, plus an LSD. I still think they could go a lot further with the power, it's been proven that GT3 throttle bodies and remaps can get you upto 350 ish.

Just think what you could do with a £16k Z4M Coupe and another £10k to spend on it...
