It's sitting on the drive, and I still miss it.

We've just had a shead load of work done to it, swapping all the old parts on the engine (compleate head, cambelt, waterpump, thermostat, rad cap, sparkplugs, HT leads etc etc, this was after swapping the radiator, heater matrix, gearbox) and got a Mk3 supra Turbo from TurboTechnics on there.

It's defo one thing to keep your eye on, as the engines are known to cook themselves. Keeping an eye on the coolant, and swapping the plugs/leads often will keep it feeling fresh.

Get a good set of coilovers, up the boost a smidge and you'll have an awesome 300bhp car.

Shame they are so comon now.

You weren't at the Ring Easter 05 were you? I was talking to a group from one or other of the MR2 owners clubs and I remember somebody with that comedy "spoiler".

I probably had a chat with you there (I'm a lanky one, with light brown/blonde hair).

There was about 6/7 of us .. with MR2's. There was also a few supras, a CRX an RX7 and a metalic orange Avensis (with MR2 lump).

Had two of the Mk1's in 89 and two Mk3's a few year ago but never
liked the Mk2. Maybe its because im surrounded by Asian communities.
