looked at some Fezzas today

the market is quite interesting at the moment

some cars very hard to shift

dealers and private owners in denial about the value of their cars

Right, tonight in the other halves RAV4 went shopping in ASDA, 9.30 pm ASDA shuts in 30 minutes. Car park is empty probably 3 - 400 spaces and there must have been all of 20 cars in it. I still parked away from everyone else and had a complete row to myself (probably 20 spaces). Still parked neaty in the lines though. 10 minutes later all my shopping done! Come out and guess what....

BMW 3 series parked right next to me, so close in fact that I had to get in the other side and climb across!!! As I pulled away I noticed that they had even pulled in the mirror (guess they could have driven it all day like it but the drivers side was in its normal position).

Pi$$ed me right off - why

It is normal for me to park the S anywhere and I know that when I return there will not be nice shiny well looked after / perhaps expensive car next to mine but either something without tax or probably an MOT with child seats in the back (if only one seat then this will always be nearest my car) parked about 3 micro millimetres away from my wing mirror.

If that was me I would have hung around and asked what the they thought they were doing.

I think people do it because its easy to use another car as a "guide" where some drivers struggle pulling into an empty space.

Im still waiting to see someone bash the door on my S. I will go effing mad

Spotted yesterday, at least S2000 owners aren't the only ones that do it

Wasn't going to comment on this but I understand the anger.

Now I understand it even more because someone has just done it to me.

Perked in Winchester city centre carpark yesterday. The car is - or was - unblemished.

Came back to find a ding just behind the door.

Paint undamaged, but its still a 'ding'.

Selfish Bastards.

So far, my S is un-dinged...

A while back my beater has been dinged whilst I've sat inside. When the person didn't appologise and gave me a thick as pig sh1t "so feckin what" look, I flipped (I'm normally a calm, chilled guy). I got out, picked up the crook lock, started shouting at them, approched rather agressively (I am a 6'2" large build skin head) and scared the feckin living daylights out of them. They wont do that again in a hurry - deservedly left them shaking and unable to get in their car...

Batsards.

Trouble is, try that these days and a group of 14 year olds will come at you with knives / guns / both, videoing their attack it on their scameraphones.

I am seriously considering moving to Italy. This country has gone to the chavs....

Nice one that should teach them to be a bit more thoughtful.

I went to look at a few Volvo v70's yesterday at a dealers who specialises in them , had huge stocks sitting there , all about 3 years old and every one of them was covered in dinks .

I suspect this shows the different values that various owners apply to their cars , to these guys its just a utility wagon . I was horrified at one of them , the back door alone had 14 , obviously all obtained in the same parking place , probably on his drive .
